What do you mean, I’m not going to graduate” case study
“What do you mean, I’m not going to graduate” case study
This week you will have the opportunity to apply the ideas we’ve examined so far this semester to a case. Begin by carefully reading the Guide to Case Development and Analysis on page 98 in the text. Then read the “What do you mean, I’m not going to graduate” case study on pages 98 and 99.
Your assignment is to send an analysis paper of this case to Safe Assign. In that paper, you should answer these questions. Note that there are more questions than appear in the textbook.
* What are the communication problems in this case?
* Is Jane approaching the problem correctly?
* What should the head of the committee do?
* Apply at least two of the perspectives we have covered to this case. What do these perspectives highlight about the situation? Be specific in identifying the evidence you see for your conclusions.
Your presentation of your ideas does count, as the rubric that will be used to evaluate your work demonstrates. Start with a very short recap of what the case concerns. Do not write separate numbered responses to the questions. Instead, connect your responses into a single, carefully-prepared paper of no more than 5 pages. Your appropriate use of the terminology of the class is an important part of this assignment.
